	TRUSTEE NORMAN BREYER Philosophy as an elected official: As an elected official, I promise to bring the common sense of a C.P.A. and successful businessman to the Village Board. I pledge to hold the line on taxes and bring sensible development that respects the character of the Village. 	Trustee Joseph C. Farwell Philosophy as an elected official: As an elected official, I strive for an equitable balance between providing excellent services to our citizens and keeping our taxes low.
