Raffle License
Raffle licenses are required to conduct raffles within the Village of Arlington Heights. To conduct raffles you must be a Not for Profit Organization in existence continuously for a period of 5 years. Insurance is required to cover the value of prizes awarded. A raffle license application must be notarized.
