A christmas tree sales license requires 2 copies of the plat of survey showing the location of sales on the property and a letter granting permission from the property owner. No living quarters are permitted at sales location. The sign permit application, electrical permit application and clean up bond are also required at time of application. If erecting a tent, a separate tent permit will also be required.
