About the Clerk's Office
The Village Clerk is the record keeping officer of the Village of Arlington Heights and custodian of all records and documents. The Village Clerk's Office is under the direction of the Finance Department and is located on the 1st floor of the Village Hall.
Arlington Heights Municipal Code Online
The Municipal Code is online, providing users a convenient way to view all chapters of the Code and to easily search the Code.
To access the Code, users can click the link below which will take them to a web page that will show links to Municipal Code, Ordinances, and Resolutions. Click on the link "Municipal Code" to view all chapters of the Code. Chapter 28, which contains Zoning regulations, is included in a separate folder which is referenced "Chapter 28."
When review of the online version of the Code is completed, users are reminded to click on the word "Logout" on the upper right hand corner of the web page featuring the Code, Ordinances and Resolutions. Logging out of the page is necessary to ensure other users are able to easily access the information.

Gubernatorial Primary Election March 18, 2014
REGISTER TO VOTE – LAST DAY IS 02/18/2014
GRACE PERIOD – REGISTRATION & VOTING
If you missed the last day to register to vote, you may register and vote at the same time at the Cook County Clerk’s office at 69 W. Washington St. 5th floor or the Rolling Meadows Courthouse, 2121 E. Euclid, from 2/18/14 through 3/15/14.
Early voting is available to all registered voters of Suburban Cook County from March 3, 2014-March 15, 2014 at Village Hall. A photo ID is required.
Hours: 9-5 Monday through Saturday and 9-3 Sunday.
Early Voting is also conducted at the Rolling Meadows Courthouse, 2121 East Euclid Ave.
ABSENTEE BALLOT REQUESTS
Voters may get a request form for an Absentee Ballot at www.cookcountyclerk.com/elections or pick one up from the Clerk's office in Village Hall.
Absentee ballots must be postmarked on or before 3/17/14.
To register to vote, you must be:
A U.S. Citizen
At least 18 years old by Election Day
A resident of your precinct at least 30 days prior to Election Day
You also must display two pieces of identification. Neither needs to be a photo ID, but one must include your current address. Acceptable forms of ID include:
Illinois Driver's License
Illinois State ID
Employee or Student ID
Social Security Card
Utility bill in applicant's name
Valid U.S. Passport
Public Aid ID Card
Lease or rental contract
