MFT Street Rehabilitation & Street Reconstruction Program

**All residents within project limits will receive multiple notices prior to construction taking place.**

**No construction will take place from Saturday, July 2nd through Monday, July 4th.**

Suffield Drive - Brighton Place to Windsor Drive
All concrete work has been complete.
The pavement removal began June 23rd and was completed on June 24th. Earth excavation and stone subbase placement began June 27th and was completed June 29th. The first three inch layer of asphalt is tentatively scheduled to be placed on Friday, July 1st.
Weather permitting, the second asphalt layer and final surface layer will be placed on Tuesday, July 5th.
Parkway restoration is included in the contract. Any area disturbed by construction will be repaired at a later date.

Appletree Lane - Chestnut Avenue to the East (Stop at bend)

All concrete work has been complete.
The pavement removal began June 28th and was completed on June 29th. Earth excavation and stone subbase placement began June 29th and is expected to be complete by Friday, July 1st. The first three inch layer of asphalt is tentatively scheduled to be placed on Friday, July 1st.
Weather permitting, the second asphalt layer and final surface layer will be placed on Tuesday, July 5th.

Spruce Terrace - Redwood Lane to South

All concrete work has been complete.
Weather permitting, pavement removal, earth excavation and stone subbase placement is tentatively scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 7th. Residents will be notified prior to this work taking place.

Eastwood Drive – Palatine Road to Redwood Lane

All concrete work has been complete.
Pavement removal, earth excavation and stone subbase placement was rescheduled for Tuesday, July 5th. This work will take approximately 5-7 working days.

Burke Drive - Cherry Lane to Ivy Lane
All concrete work has been complete.
Weather permitting, pavement removal, earth excavation and stone subbase placement is tentatively scheduled to begin during the week of July 11th. Residents will receive a notice once the exact date has been determined.

Newbury Place - Lynden Lane to Grove Street

Construction stakes have been set three feet behind the location of the curb and are used as an elevation guide during construction (they are not the location of the new back of curb). Please do not disturb the construction stakes until after the curb has been poured.
As a reminder, please mark the location of or move all sprinkler systems, dog fences, or plantings that may be impacted during construction.
The electrical contractor completed the relocation of the street lights and street lighting cable on Friday, June 10th.
Drainage structure repair is tentatively scheduled to begin on Monday, July 11th. Concrete removal is tentatively scheduled to begin on Wednesday, July 13th. Residents will be notified prior to this work taking place.

Highland Avenue - Central Road to 1102/1107 Highland Ave

Drainage structure repair is tentatively scheduled to begin on Tuesday, July 12th or Wednesday, July 13th. Concrete removal is tentatively scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 14th or Friday July 15th. Residents will be notified prior to this work taking place.
 
Mitchell Avenue - White Oak Street to Cypress Street
