Blood Pressure Screenings
Mondays 3:00–4:30pm and Thursdays 8:30–10:00am at Village Hall.
Mondays 8:30-10:00am at the Senior Center.
Cost:: Free


B-12 Injections
Mondays 3:00-4:30pm and Thursdays 8:30-10:00am at Village Hall.
You must bring your own medication supply.
Cost: $3


Cholesterol Screenings
Will be done on an appointment basis the second Wednesday of each month alternating between Village Hall and the Senior Center.
Cost: $15 for non-fasting total cholesterol & HDL, $20 for total, HDL & LDL (14 hour fast required).


Diabetic /Blood Sugar Screenings
Mondays 3:00-4:30pm and Thursdays 8:30-10:00am at Village Hall. Also, Mondays 8:30-10:00am at the Senior Center
Cost: $3


INR/Anticoagulation Testing
Mondays 3:00-4:30pm and Thursday 8:30-10:00am at Village Hall.
You must bring your physician’s fax number
Cost: $7


Immunization Clinic For Children Up To Age 18
Third  Monday of every month (except January) 5:00-7:00pm at Village Hall.
Cost: $5.00 per shot.

Either a note from a physician or past immunization records is required for each clinic. (some adult vaccine also available, call for pricing).

Every Monday 3:00-4:30pm at Village Hall. You must return the following Thursday between 8:00-4:30pm for results.
