Site Availability

The Planning and Community Development Department continues to take a pro-active approach to monitoring and enhancing the local economic base. Commercial space available is regularly tracked through vacancy surveys and broker referrals. Assistance is provided to retail, commercial, and industrial users. The Village's economic strategy has been successful in attracting new businesses as well as encouraging existing facilities to expand.
