Online Service Requests
The online Service Request system allows residents, business, and visitors to communicate their concerns directly to the Village of Arlington Heights Public Works Department. All requests are immediately directed to the appropriate Public Works Unit.
If you are experiencing an issue that requires urgent attention, please contact the Public Works Department directly at 847-368-5800. If it is after working hours (7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.), please call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 847-368-5300.
