Laughter
Learn how a little giggling can do you lots of good! The Laughter Club meets from 2:15 - 3:00 PM on the following Mondays:

Three conditions greatly increase the likelihood that laughter will be beneficial: (1) When it is associated with a shift in attitudes or reinforces an existing positive perspective; (2) when it results in a spontaneous eruption of truly mirthful giffles or guffaws (sometimes referred to as Duchenne laughter); and (3) when the laugher is unforced. This is a free program. No registration needed.
Meditation
Facilitated by Om Johari, Meditation Sessions are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month, 3:00 - 4:30 PM. Monday sessions will be devoted to mostly discussing; what is meditation, how to meditate and why meditate. While the sessions will mostly include talking about the topics and answering questions, there will be some meditation. The next session will be held the following Mondays: May 14 and June 11 & 25.
Please note that the meditations Om shares neither require a belief system nor any prior knowledge. One can start from wherever one is, irrespective of where one has been. Anyone can meditate, regardless of what one’s health is. This is a free program. No registration needed.
