Q: Can I pay my water bill online?
A: Water bills can be paid online. If you do not currently have a PIN number, you will need to call one of our water billing clerks at 847.368.5521 or 847.368.5520 and request one.

Q: Can I pay a parking ticket online?
A: Parking tickets may be paid online. You will need to have the parking ticket number or the license plate number and the state. Also, both water bills and parking tickets can be paid by phone by calling one of our cashiers at 847.368.5531 or 847.368.5522, can be mailed in with payment, or paid for in person at the Finance counter in Village Hall located at 33 S. Arlington Heights Rd.

A: Food & Drug is 2.25%; Auto Sales is 8%; Prepared Foods is 10.50%; All Other is 9.25%.

Q: Can I pay for my vehicle stickers or animal licenses online?
A: Yes. However, if you should have any questions or need to transfer vehicle information for a previously purchased sticker you must contact the Finance Department. Vehicle sticker & animal licenses can be mailed in with the application and payment or can be paid for in person at the Finance counter in Village Hall located at 33 S. Arlington Heights Rd. You can find a copy of the application form in our online Document Center. Village stickers and dog licenses are due January 1st. They go on sale October 1st. New residents can get a prorated sticker after July 31st but it must be done in person at the Finance counter in Village Hall. Please note: Purchases made after January 1st will incur a late charge.
