Early Voting Starts March 2 for Presidential Primary Election

Between March 2 – March 16, Early Voting hours will be held at Village Hall, 33 S. Arlington Heights Road, for the upcoming Presidential Primary Election on March 17.

You can register to vote by March 1, 2020, by visiting the Cook County Clerk’s website.  If residents do not have access to a computer, they may register at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library, 500 N. Dunton Ave. or at Village Hall, 33 S. Arlington Heights Road.

Early Voting from March 2 – March 16 will be held in the Buechner Room, located on the first floor of Village Hall. Here's the information you need for Early Voting. If you need to request a mail ballot, please click here.

Early Voting at Village Hall will be held during the following times:

First Week, March 2 - 8
Monday – Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Second Week, March 9 - 15
Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The final day of Early Voting will be held on Monday, March 16, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Same Day Registration & Voting, Absentee Ballots

If a resident has missed the last day to register to vote, they may register and vote at Village Hall during Early Voting. 

Voters may apply for an absentee ballot online, or they may request a form from the Village Clerk, located on the first floor of Village Hall. After residents mail the completed request form to Cook County, the ballots are then mailed to the voter. March 12 is the last day to request an absentee ballot. 

Absentee ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day.
