Seasonal Preparedness

Every season brings its fair share of health-related situations to be prepared for.  With summer upon us, we offer up tips & tools for Sun Safety and Mosquito Bite Prevention.

Sun Safety
The sun’s ultraviolet rays can damage your skin in as little as 15 minutes. Follow these recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to help protect yourself and your family.

Mosquito Bite Prevention
Not all mosquitoes are the same.  Different mosquitoes spread different viruses and bite at different times of the day.  Take a moment to view the Mosquito Bite Prevention Guide and learn how to safeguard yourself.
