The Village of Arlington Heights' Sounds of Summer Concert Series is seeking sponsors for the 2024 season. For more than 20 years, the Village has hosted the popular and largely attended concert series in downtown Arlington Heights at Harmony Park. In 2023, more than 20,000 visitors attended Sounds of Summer concerts in Harmony Park. Businesses seeking ways to connect with residents and guests are invited to join as a 2024 Sounds of Summer Sponsor! 

This year’s twelve concerts will take place on Thursday nights, June 6th– August 29th excluding July 4th, with live music from 7:00-8:30 p.m.   Specific dates and time for the 2024 Series are June 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th and 28th, July 11th, 18th, 25th, and August 1st, 8th, 22nd, and 29th.

The Village of Arlington Heights is offering two levels of Sounds of Summer Sponsorships in 2024, including: 

Weekly Sponsor: $1,000 
The Village is offering a weekly sponsorship to one sponsor, per week, for up to a total of 12 sponsors. 
  • Sponsors are limited to one week 
  • Weekly sponsors will have their logos printed materials, including posters that will be in place for up to 13 weeks in downtown Arlington Heights' busy Arlington Alfresco locations, as well as flyers 
  • Weekly sponsors will have their logos included on all digital materials that will be shared on:
    • the Village’s social media pages weekly, including the Village’s Facebook page (currently approx. 17,000 followers), the Take it to the Heights Facebook Page (currently approx. 13,000 followers), the Village’s NextDoor Page (currently connected to 16,165 households), the Village’s LinkedIn Page (currently approx. 1,900 followers) and the Village’s Instagram (currently approx. 1,800 followers)
    • The Village's E-Newsletters distributed to 5,000+ subscribers 
    • The Sponsor’s name and logo will be promoted on the Village’s website, which currently garners approximately 35,000 visits per month
  • Weekly sponsors will be included in a pre-recorded announced prior to the band on their designated week 
  • Weekly sponsor's name will be intermittently promoted on the electronic message board at Northwest Highway and Arlington Heights Road
  • Weekly sponsors will be tagged on the Village's social media pages (Facebook, Take It To The Heights Facebook, Instagram, NextDoor) on the week of their event
  • Weekly sponsors will be provided a 6' table and two chairs at their designated event date to distribute marketing materials and connect with visitors 

Participate as a 2024 Sounds of Summer Weekly Sponsor:
  • Weekly sponsors will not have exclusivity and competing sponsors might be included on marketing materials
  • Weekly sponsors will be assigned per week on a first-come basis based on confirmation of participation on a specific date
  • Weekly sponsorships are $1,000, to be billed within 30 days of confirmation

  • Interested sponsors will be considered on a first-come basis

Premiere Sponsor: $15,000 or Best Offer
  • The Village's Sounds of Summer Premiere Sponsor includes all of the above weekly sponsorship items, but for the entire Sounds of Summer Season! 
  • You also receive naming rights for the season! For example: The Village of Arlington Heights' Sounds of Summer Concerts Brought to you by YOUR COMPANY NAME, or YOUR COMPANY NAME presents the Village of Arlington Heights Sounds of Summer Concerts
    • Described as such on ALL Sounds of Summer Marketing Materials May - August!
  • VIP seating in Harmony Park, including Adirondack chairs, drink holders, and a cooler with ice and a non-alcoholic canned or bottled drink of your choice, ordered in bulk for the duration of the 2024 season 
  • A VIP parking space reserved in the Vail Street Garage for one vehicle, on Sounds of Summer concert event days 
  • Option to welcome the audience and introduce the band from the stage each week 
  • Right of first refusal for 2025 
Sponsorship Information
  • The Village cannot offer exclusive sponsorships for Weekly or Premiere Sponsors
  • The Premiere Sponsorship price is $15,000 or best offer. Should the Village accept a sponsorship offer at the full price, then the sponsorship will close at that time. If alternative offers are received, they will be considered on Friday April 26th at noon. Sponsors will be notified Monday, April 29th before 5 p.m., regarding their offer. 
  • Sponsors Must:
    • Offer services or products to customers of all ages;
    • Operate or own property within the Village;
    • Be acceptable to the Village, in its sole discretion.
  • Digital materials with all sponsor logos, sponsor business names and links to their website will be on the Village's Sounds of Summer website by noon on May 1st, 2024. Kiosk posters will be on display in downtown Arlington Heights by end of day on Friday, May 3rd and will stay on display through August 30th, 2024.
