Please note, the Arlington@Work Citizen Request Form is not to be used for emergencies nor for any other requests than those listed. The online service request feature can only be used for routine maintenance issues. For urgent matters needing police or fire response call 9-1-1. If you need to report on an issue involving overhead utility lines, flooding, or water main breaks, or sewer issues please contact the Public Works Department directly at 847.368.5800.

By using the convenient Arlington@Work citizen request form, residents can be an integral part of improving our community! Use the Arlington@Work form below to report non-emergency concerns that will go directly to Village staff for resolution. Residents are encouraged to provide an email to receive updates on their request status.

This interactive web tool enables residents to report concerns, to use the map above to see what other issues have been reported (click on "Requests" tab), to receive email updates from the Village and to check on the status of requests. The convenience of Arlington@Work can also be downloaded to your mobile devices at iTunes or Google Play.

If you have concerns regarding refuse and recycling pickup, please call Health & Human Services at 847.368.5760, for general police matters call the Police Department at 847.368.5300, for water main breaks, snowplow operations of Village streets or sidewalk damage, call the Public Works Department at 847.368.5800.

How It Works:

  • To report an issue select the “Report” tab.
  • Type in the address/location of the service request or drag the map marker to the location of your issue
  • Click Next.
  • Choose a service request Category from the drop-down menu that best matches your issue.
  • Enter a Title, additional Description, and attach an Image if possible. (Images are a big help to us!)
  • Click Submit.
  • Our drop-down list of concerns will grow throughout the year to include more issues that can be reported conveniently and directly to Village staff. Thanks for being a part of improving our community!
