The Finance Department produces various financial reports on a monthly and annual basis. These reports provide valuable information regarding the status of the Village's financials to the Village Board and staff. The department also prepares the annual Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for a five-year period beginning with the next fiscal year. The CIP is a planning document which includes capital expenditures projected to cost over $10,000 and have an expected lifetime of one or more years.
