The Arlington Heights Senior Center and the partner agencies will resume pre-pandemic operations as of July 1st.

Drop in programs will resume as previously scheduled. Hours will continue to be Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Extended hours should resume on September 1, 2021.

The Senior Center continues to follow the guidance of the Illinois Department of Public Health and the Illinois Department on Aging. Some agencies within the Senior Center may have separate guidance depending on the specific service. Please review our newsletter or call the Senior Center for more information.

All patrons must be symptom free: meaning no fever of 100 degrees or higher; presence of signs of illness which include flushed cheeks, sweating, difficulty with ordinary tasks; undergoing an evaluation for Covid-19; if you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 in prior 10 days or longer; have had close contact with Covid-19 in the prior 14 days. We encourage everyone to receive the Covid-19 vaccine. If you have been vaccinated, you do not need to wear a mask; however, if you did not receive the vaccine and/or are immune compromised, you are required to wear a mask inside the building.

These guidelines are subject to change if there are increases in cases, hospitalizations and deaths, per the Cook County Department of Public Health.
