Sounds of Summer 2024 Schedule

At the January 16th, 2024 Village Board Meeting, the Village Board voted to adjust the 2024 Sounds of Summer season.

The 2024 season will begin the first week in June and extend through the last week of August, with concerts taking place on Thursday nights, 7-8:30 p.m. This decision changes the previous schedule, which included concerts on Thursdays and Fridays, from mid-June through July. This new lineup will include 12 concerts and will extend the season by an additional 6-weeks.

2024 concerts will take place on:

June: 6, 13, 20, 27
July: 11, 18, 25
August: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

The adjusted schedule is in response to the success of Arlington Alfresco on Friday nights independent of Sounds of Summer, requests from businesses to pursue events on non-Fridays, an effort to draw guests to downtown Arlington Heights on Thursday nights, and requests from businesses and residents to extend the season.
