2024 Community Development Block Grant Application

The Village of Arlington Heights is undertaking the preparation of its HUD 2024–2025 HUD Annual Action Plan. The 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan describes how the Village will use its Federal 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds during the fiscal and program year of October 1, 2024–September 30, 2025. Other housing and community development activities to be undertaken by the Village, that are principally for the benefit of low- and moderate-income residents, will also be described in the Annual Action Plan.

The Village has released its CDBG Grant Application form for projects to be funded from October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025. Grant applications must be submitted on the form provided by the Village. Grant applications may be obtained by contacting Nora Boyer at 847-368-5214 or [email protected]. Grant applications are due on or before 5:00 p.m., April 30, 2024.
